Its Been A Long Time......

Hello Everyone I know its quite some time since I have updated my blog but here I am finally!!!  I haven't been doing a whole lot online for quite some time.  I have been reading and stitching, here are my 2 latest finishes.  "Happy Birthday" by Blackbird Designs for my Friend Lisa who turned 50 this month and Prairie Schooler "September Sampler".in honor of Mine and DH Anniversary.

I hope everyone has been having a safe and happy Summer.  I can't believe that it's almost over.

 

Hello All this isn't the best picture, the fabric is actually white but this is my progress so far on Holiday Village by Dimensions.  Once I got a good start on it it's much easier now.  Thanks for looking and believe me I need encouragement! LOL

Latest Finish & Fall in Indiana

Hello Everyone,  I have a small finish, this is for my friend Carein that I am in a round robin with.  Really a fun stitch It's from A Prairie Schooler Year.  The Header Picture was taken at Cataract Falls, Indiana this is the upper falls  If you're interested I have added a link about the falls Cataract Falls  I also want to thank our veterans for their service to our country which includes my husband MSGT Robert L Turner Ret thanks to Everyone for their comments.

2 New finishes

Hello Everyone, It's taken me awhile on the Halloweenies, Frog was around and I ripped and ripped some more! LOL  One little dog was on the fabric and off the fabric about a million times.  Now I have to make up my mind if I am going to make a pillow out of it or get it framed??

Next I stitched a square on a round robin belonging to my friend Debi.  Something totally different from what I would stitch, it is really pretty and was fun to stitch to me it looks like stained glass.

Next is a Biscornu for an exchange, so more later:) and hopefully a picture soon of the finished biscornu.

A Small Update & A Great Giveaway

Hi Everyone well this is just a small update I have been working on Plumstreet Samplers Halloweenies really cute and I love the colors, Gentle Arts threads, the only problem is I needed 2 skeins of Raven I called the LNS that I buy from and they're out so will have to wait for a few days to get my skein of floss, so if anyone is planning on stitching this one be sure and buy 2 skeins of Raven. I will in the meantime go back to my Prairie Schooler Christmas Village.

Update With Giveaway

Well finally and update.  Seems like this has just been a hot lazy summer and not doing a lot of anything.  I am working on  round robins and this is the latest picture from the one that I just sent out.

Also this weekend I have been working on my Prairie Schooler Christmas Village.  I was working away on it and found out I am missing one of the floss colors and not really sure how I didn't pick the color up when I got the floss??  Beats me?  so will pick it up in the morning at Hobby Lobby  Also one of my other blogging friends Sue her blog address Sue's Blog one of her blogger friends is having a really neat giveaway so go and have a look lots of nice things that any stitcher might want  craftymoo Hopefully I'll have another update of some sort soon.
