Finished

Hello Everyone, Finally have my Prairie Schooler Santa finished.  It was supposed to be a Christmas card but when DH saw it he says MINE!!!  LOL he says he wants me to frame it.  So I guess when we go out tomorrow we'll be looking for a frame:)  I think the reason he really likes it is he belongs to Sons Of The American Revolution, his 4th great grandfather fought at the battle of Yorktown and this Santa just fits the bill so to say:)

Congrats on the Christmasy finish. Too funny that hubby claimed it. Maybe you'll be stitching this one again next year for the card you had planned, lol!
Merry Christmas

Could be but after stitching this it was a lot of work for a card.

This looks so beautiful! I love anything Prairie Schooler related to begin with though, that is sweet that Robert liked it so much that he wanted it for your house instead. It always is nice when you make something that others like just as much as you do.

This is so lovely - I can see why Robert wants to keep it.

Mary Louise, thanks so much for your visit to my blog and your sweet comment! I love, love, love your PS Santa. I've done many of the older ones, but need to get busy on the newer ones. I got out of the habit of posting to PSFans when I was so sick, but I always read the posting so I've kept up with your doings.

I think it's so sweet that your DH appreciates your stitching!

I love your ps santa. I have several of the patterns and I think that you have given me the inspiration that I needed to begin one.
